GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Gift Card is issued by and represents an obligation of Grandma’s Inc. Each time you use it, we’ll deduct that amount from the balance until you’ve used the full balance of the card. You can add to the card balance at any time. (1) Except where required by law, the card is not redeemable for cash in our restaurants. (2) We can’t replace it if it’s lost or stolen. (3)  It may also be used at Little Angie’s Cantina & Grill, Grandma’s Sports Garden and Banquet Center, The Great American Bar & Grill, and Bellisio’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar restaurant. (4) Grandma’s Inc. approval required to advertise this card. (5) Valid in U.S. only..

PRIVACY

As a visitor, our Site automatically recognizes your Internet service provider, but you can't be identified as an individual. For customers who make a purchase, we do collect information on which pages are accessed at our site. We use this information to improve your overall shopping experience. We also keep track of information volunteered during the order and registration processes - and we keep this information confidential.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER

Once you click PURCHASE the order is transmitted. This may take a few moments, so please don’t double click!

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same day except for holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time or on weekends usually ship the next business day.

Additional Shipping & Handling Information

  • Orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Time are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday or prior to holidays after 2:00 PM Central Time are processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM Central Time for overnight delivery, will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, delivery will be the next business day.
  • Please be aware of estimated shipping times for the various shipping methods.
  • We do not ship or deliver on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
  • For your protection, some orders may require verification either verbally or through email correspondence. This may result in delays of up to 24 hours before your order can be shipped.
  • We regret that we are not able to ship cards internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to Puerto Rico.

Shipments by First Class Mail

IMPORTANT: Shipping by First Class Mail is only available for orders of $100.00 card value or less. First Class Mail deliveries are sent via the US Postal Service and are not guaranteed. All risk associated with First Class Mail shipments is incurred by the purchaser. Grandma’s Restaurant Co. will not refund missing orders that are shipped via First Class Mail. The U.S. Postal Service estimates 3-10 days delivery time for First Class Mail to most locations.

Shipments by FedEx

Shipments via FedEx require a physical address for delivery. FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box. If your billing address is a PO Box and your order will ship by FedEx, please review your physical shipping address in the "Purchase" section (available in the "Purchase" step of the order process).

Shipments by FedEx Over Night generally have an afternoon arrival.

Please be aware that if FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to improper addressing or inability to obtain delivery signature, you will be responsible for FedEx surcharges. In addition, you are responsible for subsequent shipping charges if your package has to be re-shipped to the correct address.

ORDER CHANGE

Once your order is submitted, it can’t be changed online because it’s automatically processed as soon as you click PURCHASE.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After sending your order you will receive a receipt page including a reference number and details on your order. The receipt page can be printed for your records if you want. We’ll also send an email acknowledgement shortly to the email address you entered on your order.

It’s unlikely, but if you should receive an error message after clicking PURCHASE please cut and paste the message and send it to us via giftcard@grccorp.com . If you don’t receive a receipt, please giftcard@grccorp.com us as well.

GIFT CARD EXPIRATION

There is no expiration.

CARD REUSE

You can add to the card balance or reload it at any time by taking it to any Grandma’s Restaurant Company family of restaurants . Addition of funds to an already purchased card cannot be done online.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Always protect your gift card as if it were cash. We can’t replace it if it’s lost or stolen.

EMAIL GIFT CARD HOAXES

Any fraudulent email “chain” promising Grandma’s Gift Cards for forwarding the message does not have any connections with Grandma’s Inc. The message may contain promises of Gift Cards and a confirmation number after forwarding the message to a specific number of email addresses. Grandma’s Inc. does not sponsor or endorse this type of activity and is unable to fulfill these request.

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Grandma’s relating to your use of the Site.
